It was a complete surprise when Roxanne O'Malley knocked on the pantry door with a very nice donation gathered by the Plush Mill Retirement Center's Life Enrichment department.
A big thanks to Roxanne, Jon Small who heads the department, and especially to the residents who took on the challenge! I could tell by the items donated that some thought went into what to give. That is always so encouraging!
Even more encouraging, they plan to continue! That is a big relief, as donations always drop off in the spring and summer months.
